Our services — including strategic development, process audits, CRM/ERP implementation, automation, cloud migration, and digital training — are non-tangible and often tailored to specific business structures. For this reason, completed services are generally non-returnable. However, we also understand that expectations may not always be met and that transparency and fairness are essential to long-term client relationships.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have purchased, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of service delivery or, if applicable, the date of the first deliverable. To be eligible, your request must clearly state the nature of the issue and outline how the delivered service failed to meet the agreed scope, quality standards, or project outcomes.
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it carefully on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional information, such as documentation, project correspondence, or feedback shared during the service period. If we determine that the service did not meet agreed expectations — for example, due to incomplete delivery, misalignment with the original brief, or lack of actionable results — we may offer one of the following options:
- A full refund, in cases where no significant value has been delivered or work was not initiated;
- A partial refund, where only part of the work has been completed or where the quality was below acceptable standards;
- A service correction or revision, in cases where improvements can be made to meet the expected outcomes.
Please note that refund eligibility is limited after the 14-day period, or once the service has been accepted or fully implemented (e.g., upon client approval, system access granted, or use of strategic materials). Refunds will not be granted for delays or project disruptions caused by client-side issues, such as unresponsiveness, failure to provide required input, or changes in business direction.
